Find Your \u201cWhy\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether the goal is to exercise more, to eat less sugar, or to develop a new skill, the people who are successful seem to have something in common: they have a \u201cwhy\u201d that motivates them. If you want to incorporate flossing into your daily routine, then find something that will motivate you \u2013 even when you have to wake up early or are extremely tired after a long day. Maybe it\u2019s the fact that gum disease is something that roughly 50% of Americans struggle with and, if left untreated, it can lead to tooth loss!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Get New Floss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are still using a long strand of floss, that might be the reason you\u2019re having trouble incorporating this essential oral hygiene habit into your routine. Nowadays, there are all kinds of tools \u2013 from pre-threaded floss to water flossers \u2013 which help make cleaning between your teeth and along your gumline easier.
